We had to do this torturous form of exercise where we had to run around the school, get back and do 10 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 10 sit ups, and10 lunges. And this was just one set. We had to do it 4 times! Grrr.
So now everytime I go up or down the stairs, run too much or even just get up, I'll feel this tight strech across my thighs. Don't know if good or not but I'm sure it'll be gone soon anyway so I'll tell myself not to worry.

I tried to stay up to watch the first broadcast of MJ's memorial but I soon gave up by 1.05. Wasted effort! I missed today's 5.30pm slot too so looks like I'll have to depend on youtube and hope someone was thoughtful enough to record it!
A couple of days after The King of Pop was pronounced dead, my brother wanted to learn about the moonwalk. So he watched videos about it and one thing led to another and very soon, we both found ourselves watching "Thriller", MJ's movie. My brother and I watched it years ago when we were young and scared of the movie. But when I watched the movie again, it wasn't as scary as I thought it was and the moves were all really cool.
It just proves that if you take some time and redo somethings again, it's not as bad as it seems. You might even like it.
